Commercial Service Agreements
At GTS Heat and Air, we understand the importance of preventative maintenance. Whether it’s a furnace, an AC unit or a ventilation system, it needs to be properly maintained over time. When you sign one of our Prevention Plus Maintenance Agreements (PPMA), you will receive an annual maintenance package for your building’s HVAC system. Our maintenance program will detect problems with your heating and air conditioning units before they occur and ensure that your warranty is kept valid and in compliance. Performing a semi-annual inspection of your heating and cooling system will prevent costly and hazardous damage from taking place in the future.
Our Prevention Plus Maintenance Agreements (PPMA) for our commercial customers are tailored for each facility so we can ensure our customers are paying for only what is needed.
